Q: What is the maximum number of people who can stay?
A: The maximum capacity is 5 people.
Reservations for more than the capacity are not possible.
Q: Can infants or children stay?
A: Yes, they can stay.
For infants under 2 years old, the charge is 2000 yen (excluding tax) if no bedding is used.
Preschoolers are charged at 50% of the adult rate, and elementary school children at 70%.
Q: What are the payment methods?
A: You can choose to pay in cash upon check-in or via bank transfer in advance.

A: We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed.

A: We do not accept bookings for minors staying alone. Please accompany them with a guardian.
Q: Is there parking available?
A: We have dedicated parking spaces. Reservations in advance are requested. Please note that the number of spaces is limited and we may not be able to accommodate all vehicles.
Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: We apologize to smokers, but all indoor areas are non-smoking. As the townhouse is a wooden structure, we kindly ask for your understanding. There is a designated smoking area on the porch, please use it.
Q: Is there a refrigerator?
A: Yes, there is. A mini refrigerator is installed in the front room of the first-floor Japanese-style room. We also provide other amenities such as microwave ovens and electric kettles.
Q: What if I accidentally damage the building or equipment?
A: Please note that regardless of intention or negligence, you will be responsible for any damage.
Q: Is it cold in winter?
A: We make every effort to provide a comfortable living experience in a traditional farmhouse using modern technology, but please note that the building is more susceptible to outdoor temperatures than modern homes.
Q: Is there internet access?
A: Yes, we provide Wi-Fi if you have your own computer.
Q: Can you tell me about meals?
A: Currently, only accommodations without meals are available.

A: Please refer to the Ogi-cho Regional Revitalization Council's website for more information. There are attractions such as Kasagi Valley hiking, Ootaki Falls, Metaki Falls, Momiji Teahouse, and Kazasaki Branch Office Sakura.
